Date Set for Sumer Asset Management Shares to Begin Trading on BIST

A total nominal value of 118,000,000 TL shares representing the capital of Sümer Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. has been accepted by Borsa İstanbul and will start trading on the Main Market. From December 18, 2024, shares will be traded under the code SMRVA.E at a base price of 22 TL through a continuous trading method, with a maximum order value set at 1,000,000 TL.

The public offering process was conducted on December 12-13, 2024, in the Borsa İstanbul Primary Market using the "Sale on the Stock Exchange - Fixed Price Demand Collection and Sale Method." During this process, 28 million shares with a nominal value of 28 million TL were offered to the public, following an increase in the company’s capital from 100 million TL to 118 million TL, with each share sold at 22 TL for a nominal value of 1 TL. The total size of the public offering reached 616 million TL.

In the public offering, shares were allocated to 392,596 investors. The offered shares consisted of an 18 million TL portion resulting from the increase of Sümer Varlık Yönetim A.Ş.’s capital and 10 million TL worth of shares owned by ASV Holding A.Ş. According to the data published by Borsa İstanbul, a total of 396,748 orders were collected for 43,673,153 nominal value shares, generating a demand of 960,809,366 TL.

During this process, after eliminating duplicate requests without any allocation to investor groups, 392,596 investors became the owners of the 28 million TL nominal valued shares.

Investor profile and distribution included local and foreign individual and institutional investors in the public offering of Sümer Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. Ultimately, 391,702 domestic individual investors, 14 domestic institutional investors, 877 foreign individual investors, and 3 foreign institutional investors participated in the process resulting in the allocation of shares.
