Electric Vehicle Market Share in Turkey Reaches 10.7%

In 2024, the market share of electric vehicles in Turkey surpassed 10%. The market share of electric vehicles, which was 7.5% in 2023, rose to 10.7% last year. According to data released by the Automotive Distributors and Mobility Association (ODMD), the electric vehicle market grew by 45.9% last year, reaching 105,315 units. In 2023, 72,179 electric vehicles were sold. Out of the total sales, 99,479 were purely electric, while 5,826 were extended-range vehicles. TOGG's sales figures reached 30,093 for the entire year, nearly three times that of Tesla, which had sales of 11,534 units.
