Warner Bros. Discovery Raises discovery+ Subscription Price by $1 Per Month
Warner Bros. Discovery announced a $1 increase for its discovery+ streaming service in the U.S. Starting today, the ad-supported monthly plan will cost $5.99, while the ad-free version will be priced at $9.99 per month.
The new subscription fees will take effect immediately for new subscribers. However, existing subscribers will receive a 30-day notice, and the price increase will be reflected in their next billing cycle on or after Friday, February 7, 2025.
Discovery+ is a popular streaming platform offering a range of content including food, home, relationships, true crime, and paranormal programs. Subscribers can enjoy various shows such as 90 Day: The Last Resort, Moonshiners, Gold Rush, Evil Lives Here, and Home Town.
The platform continues to update its content with new seasons of popular shows. The latest season of My 600-lb Life premiered on January 1, Worst Cooks in America Celebrity Edition: Heroes vs. Villains began on January 5, The Curious Case of Natalia Grace: The Final Chapter aired on January 6, and the new season of Baylen Out Loud will start on January 13.
