Forex - Armada Gıda has signed a machinery and equipment procurement contract worth 1.56 million USD for its legume processing and sorting facility. The statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform is as follows: "In the prospectus approved by the Capital Markets Board on December 20, 2024, under the item 'Ongoing Investments', a machinery and equipment procurement contract valued at 1,560,000 USD including VAT has been signed with AKY Teknoloji Makina Reklamcılık San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. for the legume processing and sorting facility planned to be constructed in the 'Third Factory Area' with a land area of 89,093 m2."
