Environmental Impact Assessment Process Begins for Özyaşar GES Erkenek8 Project

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process has commenced for the Özyaşar GES Erkenek8 project planned by Özyaşar Tel (IS:OZYSR). According to a statement on the website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment and Permit Control, the following information was provided:

"The Özyaşar GES Erkenek8 Solar Power Plant project, with an installed capacity of 8.073 MWm/ 7.000 MWe, is planned to be built by Özyaşar Tel and Galvanization Industry Joint Stock Company in the location of Parcel 631, Block 119, Akmağara Neighborhood of Doğanşehir District, Malatya Province. The P.T.D. file submitted to our Governorship of Malatya has been reviewed in accordance with Article 16 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation, and the EIA process for the project has begun."
